Will it work for me? How much would I lose?
I am a 15 year old, African American girl and I weigh 130 pounds. I have treadmill now so I can lose weight. Will walking a mile every on the treadmill make me lose weight? If so, how much? I know this should go along will a healthy diet, but I don't know what to eat and what not to eat. I would appreciate if you could list some foods. Thank you!!

Walking outside is much less boring :). When snacking, go for snacks that have less than 5 ingredients in them (e.g. almonds rather than m&ms or popcorn rather than doritos)
