How can humans share 85% DNA with yeast and pigs?

Is it because there homoplastic to eachother? I know humans couldn't have come from the same commen ancestor but maybe we all came from the same commen ancestors, commen ancestors, commen ancestors, commen ancestor or something like that. How do we share this DNA with them?

Humans have once shared common ancestors with both yeasts and pigs during the course of evolution, thus we share some portion of DNA with them.
