Didn't eat a lot but ate crap?
Today, basically all I had to eat was pita chips, a bread roll, and oatmeal square cereal.
Not a lot to eat, but I felt fat and nasty all day until I went running and did some pilates.
Is eating a little crap the equivalent to eating A LOT of healthy foods?

it's not the equivalent to eating a lot of healthy foods, because your body isn't getting nearly as much nutrients from the snacking as it would be from healthy balanced meals. On days like this, where you end up snacking, it's best to take a multivitamin to get all the stuff you need.
