Is the Mass Effect Trilogy any good on the Playstation?
I have Demons Souls, Hitman: Absolution, Dead Space 2, Silent Hill HD, Uncharted 3, Dead Island, Infamous, Portal 2, Fear 3 and The Orange Box. I love all of them, especially The Orange Box, Portal 2, Demons Souls, and Dead Space 2. I will get my paycheck in awhile and I will have quite a bit of money set aside for games, I was thinking of getting the Mass Effect Trilogy, but I really have no clue what it is or what it is like, and would love to hear opinions of it. If there is anything better than that, I would appreciate that as well.
As usual, I would rather not have any Call of Duty or Battlefield. I can play them on my friends Xbox all I want. I would like some PS3 games

It's a great RPG series, with a great story where the choices you make actually matter and can influence the outcome of parts of the next game in the series. It's one of the only games where I actually cared about what happened to the characters I met and the squadmates that were on my team.
I can't come close to covering everything that the series is about in one answer though, there's just too much to talk about, so I looked up three video reviews of each of the three Mass Effect games, hopefully the reviews will give you a better idea of what you're getting into if you buy the Mass Effect Trilogy. :)

Mass Effect 2 video review: http://youtu.be/iPcB-sCxa20

There's also a much more recent trailer for the Mass Effect Trilogy release itself here: http://youtu.be/PfHxklxMhA4
The PS3 version of the Mass Effect Trilogy also comes with most of the story DLC for the first two games for free, and the technical issues mentioned in the video review of ME1 have been fixed since the original 360 version. :)

Mass Effect was really awesome aside from the lacking end to 3, and the Trilogy is actually a good deal (3 games for $60).

the 2d sport grew to become into certainly the terrific, and you are able to discover enjoying in the time of the 1st sport merely a splash a drag with the pictures and undesirable high quality sport play (granted this is an previous sport), even nonetheless i'd nonetheless advise you play it because of the fact the video games will build on one yet another and you may have the history tale. additionally, there is probable 50 area missions in ME1 that become fairly tedious. i'd merely persist with the foremost quests which you may do

It wasn't the best of games. If you like Gears Of War, you might like Mass affect, it's a new gaming experience, you either hate it, or you love it. I'd try it out if I was you. It's not a bad game, actually quite addicting.Source(s): Expereience
