Associates degree? Well, you'd be better off doing something more traditional, like accounting, finance, or business. This is really too specific to be of any actual value. As to jobs, most "e-businesses" are single-person startups, i.e. Aunt Margaret selling her hand-knitted scarves on Etsy or eBay. They won't be hiring you. Also, if this is with any for-profit university, get out now and go to a local community college.

I think it is a good choice if you want to be web designer and such. There are plenty of temporary jobs out there for it but the pay is mediocre like $10-15 an hour starting. It would probably be best to be a freelance web designer. For an Associates, it is not a bad major. Good luck to you.
