I NEED HELP LOOSING 5 POUNDS :(?

I'm not really that bad. I just hate looking at my body, my belly allways sticks out and i really hate seeing myself in the mirror. I just wanna lay down and cry. here are more infos: Allright. I am about 5'1 and I wanna loose 5 pounds AND KEEP IT OFF! I'm a picky eater. Can someone help me find some tips to loose the weight and tell me about how long it will take. I don't care how long it takes as long as it stayes off and is under 4 months to do! What should I eat, how much and what exersise should I do? THanks :)

    5 pounds will be easy!

    Do this:

    Try to cut out soda and sugary drinks (article juice is a no)

    Drink 8 glasses of water a day

    Eat only green vegetables

    Try to cut out junk food

    Don't drink 2% milk or 1% skim or fat free only.

    Eat 5 "meals" a day eat every 3 hours (HEALTHY) this will speed up your metabolism. And by "meals" I mean snacks lol

    Eat 1200 calories a day (a healthy 1200)

    Workout:

    Workout an hour a day for 6 days a week

    Here is what I do:

    100 sit ups

    90 jumping jacks

    80 push ups

    70 lunges

    60 sit ups

    50 jumping jacks

    40 leg lifts

    30 push ups

    20 sit ups

    10 minute run

    (Repeat twice)

    Losing pounds ain't something to do in a hurry.

    If you missed the TV series The Biggest Loser, here 'tis:

    The 'winners' lost hundreds of pounds and appeared on

    Talk Shows to tell about the sweating and work.

    They hired Gym trainers and dietatians to keep on track.

    The trainers probably were paid for 30 to 60 minutes a

    day and the folks said they stayed at the gym for like

    3 to 5 hours more a day. The dietatians controlled the

    carbs and proteins and keep them off of bottled drinks.

    An extra: Bob Harper, the trainer from The Biggest Loser

    has written a book about losing. Called The Skinny Rules.

    The Parade magazine in the 26th (Aug) Sunday paper

    gave him a small nod. He says Breakfast is the most

    his blog. Cereal and fruit have to be a good starter.
