Should I eat the same amount of carbs off season as I do on?
I am a very intense long distance cross country runner. During the season I would eat 60% of my calories form carbs (all healthy carbs). The season ended about 1-2 months ago but I still am very active. 6 days a week I workout either on the treadmill running really really fast, do cross training on an elliptical machiene or I run in the park for about 30-50 minutes. I take one day off a week, sometimes 2 depending on the schudule but it is usually one day. Should I still eat 60% of my total calories from carbs because it really helped give me energy during the season or is it not needed because I am off season?

If your activity levels are the same, then go for it.
