i want to put on weight, help?
im 6 1/2 stone, 16 yrs old and 5'2ft, and i hate it, please can someone give me like a meal plan for a week that will help me put on weight fast? please dont say eat loads of food because i have a small stomache and need to know certain food that can slowly build me up to eat larger meals. and all i eat is unhealthy food but it just dosnt work.

Okay. Eat many times a day. Instead of breakfast, lunch and dinner. Eat in between those meals. Like a good protein/muscle builder supplement or sandwich. Eating before bed is always a good idea for gaining weight. Try to put on muscle, and not fat. Try to not burn off the calories you eat. And well, sometimes you're just going to have to stuff the food down your throat to force your stomach to stretch and get bigger.
