(A) If I take differences, I get

2,5,11,15, 31

and take differences again, I get

3,6,6,16

This actually makes no sense,

and any rule one could invent would be arguable,

since there would be some other equally intricate rule

allowing a different answer.

(B) Again, pure nonsense.

I'm not blaming YOU for anything. These questions are a poor excuse for math.
