    • References to books should follow APA publication guidelines:

    Author(s) with last name first, then first initial(s). (Year of publication). Title of book. Place of publication: Publisher.

    Examples:

    References to entire books:

    Collins, J. (2001). Good to great. New York: HarperCollins Publishers, Inc.

    References to parts of books:

    Zhao, J. (2005). Negotiating concluding agreements with global partners. In

    • References to NBEA Yearbook chapters should be formatted according to APA guidelines for chapters in edited books, as follows:

    • Online references should follow APA publication manual guidelines
