Should I take a tutoring position with Academic Advantage (Los Angeles)?
The orientation process isn't going well (disorganized, didn't send me an e-mail I needed so had to change my webinar date) so I went online and found some reviews. Most said to avoid this company, it's horrible, etc. but some said it's good. Anybody here have an opinion of them?

I worked with them last year and had a somewhat similar experience in the beginning. The orientation felt long and a bit unorganized. Once I started tutoring it wasn't bad. I had a few hiccups with my paperwork, due to me forgetting something, but the job is simple and easy to do. I worked with a good group of students and picked up additional students as time went on.
Give it a chance. It's good extra income and good work experience.
