What state has a bear on the license plate?

I found one in Tennessee, Arkansas, Florida, and three different ones in Montana. Also, Illinois had Chicago Bears plate. The sites to look at the pictures of them are at the state's DMV sites below. The one in Arkansas is on page 4. I found pictures of ones in Florida, Alaska, and California, but couldn't find them on the state's DMV site.
