Will I get toned by doing this?

So I'm doing track and its every week day (Monday-Friday) after school from 2:30 - 4:30. The coaches push us really hard.. They make us do p90x and all these muscle exercises. We also run about 1.5 miles. Will this get me toned? Btw, I'm 5'4 and 110 lbs but I still have fat on me (thin bones) and I'm not toned. How long will it take?

    Indeed it will! Even though cardio makes you loose muscle mass, you are making up for it with p90x. Just don't slack and by the end of the season you should be in great shape! Make sure you are eating healthy too...that's the key!

    Oh yeah definitely! I would say give it about two weeks. And eat lots f meat and protein for those muscles! Good luck!
