How can you make yourself go to sleep quicker? anyone got any tricks :P?

The worse thing at night is to be lying on the couch about to fall asleep so you go to you room & climb into bed then BAM you're wide away, anyone any tricks? Do not say count sheep! Lol

    The trouble with laying down on the couch is the tendency to fall asleep if only for a couple of minutes, then when you get to bed you can't sleep. So i suggest you don't lay down and the first time you feel tired and sleepy you go straight to bed.

    Lying on couch makes us feel sleepy any time. So don't lay on couch when you are not intended to sleep. If you feel sleepy just go straight to bed. Change of place always hinders the sound sleep.

    Control your thoughts. If something will be in your mind, any thing, weather good or bad that cant let you sleep. Delete all the thoughts from your mind if you want to sleep otherwise just wait wait and wait.
