can someone inform me be car audio?

J/W. Say I have a dual 4 ohm voice coil sub. 100 watts. And I have an amp that does 50 watts at 4 ohms x 2 channels. Since the sub is DUAL 4 ohm you cant wire it at 4 ohms so, can I wire one voice coil to one channel on the amp the get 50 watts at 4 ohms and the same to the other?

Yes, you can. This will also halve the power handling of the sub. For example on a 100W RMS sub with dual voice coils, each coil will handle 50W.
