I created a new email address a month ago but I cannot receive email from any sender. What should I do?

Update:

I've checked spam folder and there is no email. Since it's a new email address, I did not modified any option. And I can only receive replied email

    I suggest that people have your email down wrong

    in their contact lists

    Ask one of them to click on Add when they get an email from you

    "it's at the top of the email message in the header"

    and see if that works

    It is so easy to mis-spell an email addy

    I have thoroughly examined your Yahoo! Mail account, and I was not able to find an issue with it in our system, nor was I able to replicate this issue using your account.

    I did notice that your have a Yahoo! Canada account. This means that your email address ends with "yahoo.ca", and not "yahoo.com". If people send you emails to your ID "@yahoo.com" the emails will not be delivered to you. Make sure people send you emails to your ID "@yahoo.ca".

    Are there settings for the spam filter? Maybe you have it set to maximum rejection?
