what video card should i buy for my laptop ?

i have a sony vaio vpcf1

64 bit operating system

with 4gb of ram

processor intel core i7 cpu q740 @ 1.73ghz

i have a NVIDIA GeForce 310M

im playing some games and is kind of slow sometimes(i even lowered the graphics and still).

i want to be able to play with a better graphic and no slowing down. which video card should i buy that my computer can support it ?

    changing a laptop graphics.. isnt something people do. thought id put it out there

    The video card is integrated on the motherboard and can not be upgraded.

    the vast majority of laptops can't upgrade their GPUs. Unless you buy a gaming laptop with a specifically upgradable unit, chances are you're stuck with what you have. Sorry mate.

    you cant, your graphics adapter is built into your motherboard.

    you must upgrade your motherboard, which means pretty much getting a new laptop
