How can I get in really good shape in 3 months?
I'm 5'9 and weight 170 pounds and I made a bet with a friend to see who could get in better shape! I was wondering if it was possible and how can it be accomplished? I was planning on running about an hour and doing crunches, lunges, push-ups, for about three hours.Will exercising about 4 hours a day get me in better shape? Any exercise suggestion would be great!

Try doing one of those extreme fitness programs like P90X or Insanity. They are already programed as to what to do. You just pop in the scheduled workout dvd and do it each day. No guessing if what you are doing will be effective. As long as you are consistent about following the schedule and eating healthy, you will get in good shape.
