X varies inversely as Y^2, if X=2 when Y=8, what's Y when X=7?
I know the first part, K=128. It's the second part I'm having trouble with....?
L.E. Grant, should the final answer 128/7 be inside a radical because of the Y^2?

Y^2 x 7=128

xy^2 = k...
so 2 * 64 = 7 * y
==> y = 128/7

it appears like one to me. yet it somewhat is in simple terms proportionally. for all all people comprehend, there is like a conic equation or quadratic or some thing on the decrease back of the question. yet proportionally, the respond is one million.
