Meaning of Her ideas for the most part complimented those of the company.
(1)Her ideas for the most part complimented those(ideas) of the company.
"compliment"means to praise.
"for the most part" means "most of (her ideas)
The whole sentence means "Most of her ideas praised the ideas of the company."她大部份的想法讚許公司的想法。
(2)Her ideas for the most part complemented those(ideas) of the company.
"complement" means to add to, to improve on, to complete, to goes well with"
I think using "complemented" instead of "complimented" gives the sentence a different and better meaning of "Most of her ideas goes well with the ideas of the company."她大部份的想法附和公司的想法。
"those of the company" means "those ideas of the company"
"those" is used to show that they are different of "these" ideas of hers.

The last sentence above should be:
Firstly the sentence mentions "Her ideas" or "these" ideas. Then "those" is used for "the company's" ideas.

即是公司的想法(理念/構思)跟她的想法(理念/構思) - 通常商對上的ideas一般是實質的生意構想或業務計劃而不單單是想法...
