Second TV for Dish Network?

I have a VIP612 HD DVR from Dish Network and when I record a show it records to "TV 2". Is it possible to set up a second TV where I can watch separate programming without adding to my bill? I already have a dual receiver in the house and my child has this 612, I would like to set up a TV in the bedroom next door. Thanks

You can place a splitter between the receiver and TV and then run a coax cable to your second TV. This will allow you to mirror what is being show on TV one. The 612 DVR is set up to work for one TV to allow you to record and then watch a live show. There is not an output for the second tuner.

    Thank You
