What are a list of good Community Colleges (in Los Angeles) that offer American Sign Language 3 and 4 ?
Right now I am a current student at Pasadena City College and they only offer ASL 1 and 2. I will like to ASL 3 and 4 at another community college. Then transfer to a 4 yr. Thank You ever so much.

You are not going to find a list or an easy/quick answer to this question. Do you know how many community colleges are in Los Angeles County?
I started at the LAColleges.net site http://www.lacolleges.net/degrees/results.asp
...and found Pierce College http://www.piercecollege.edu/schedules/
Then began to randomly check catalogs and schedules of classes for various other campuses. Rio Hondo - no. Citrus College - no. Mt. SAC - yes

Good luck in your search.

If its an outside sponser then they may be able to provide lunch for someone they want. That's no longer racist. Racism-The belief that race bills for differences in human persona or capacity and that a specific race is sophisticated to others.
