What is the highest paying law enforcement job?
I have always wanted to have a law enforcement job for the love of the job but i was just wondering what the highest paying job is and what is the salary of that particular job?

The Attorney General of the United States is the Chief Law Enforcement Officer in the US but only gets paid $191,300 a year.
The Superintendent of Police for Chicago makes more than the mayor, $260,000, about $40,000 more than the NYPD Commissioner
Currently LAPD Chief of Police gets the most $300,442.
SFPD chief gets the top in the US $307,000, a brand new recruit in the SFPD academy makes about $90,000
All will make at least 3 times as much when they leave public service.
When I was a detective years ago a couple of other detectives made more than the superintendent because they got paid overtime.

Only low-lifes want to work in law enforcement. Get some self-respect, you're better than that.
