Not reasons, but I'd like to rate them 1-10. (I would actually use names rated above a 4.)
Agnes ............ 9
Astrid ............. 4
Beatrice ......... 9
Deirdre ........... 7
Frances .......... 6
Regina ............ 3
Henrietta ......... 9
Jane ................ 5
Millicent ........... 5
Winifred ........... 3
Agnes Charlotte ......... 10 - Charlotte modernizes Agnes; Agnes emphasizes the old-fashion in Charlotte; I love this balance, the flow, the sound combination, and both names.
Catherine Millicent ...... 6 - Millicent feels too heavy with Catherine, but the flow is extra nice. I love Catherine (a 10) but have never found the right middle.
Henrietta Beatrice ....... 10 - Super Classic, dignified, but also playful and "cute". The strongly emphasized, side-by-side vowel sounds in both names -- ie & ea -- respectively, makes an very unusual, interesting combo__ henr-I-E-tta . b-E-A-trice__
Phoebe Lucinda .......... 8 - Musical, and a nice style match.
Rose Daphne .............. 9 - Makes a cool and unexpected double-barrel.
Favorite - Agnes, Henrietta, Catherine
Least - Blodwen, Gretchen, Asta

Brigitte Rose - I think this is a very pretty name, and I especially love the way Brigitte is spelled.
Daphne Ophelia - I think that this is a really cute name. I've always loved Daphne. :)
Phoebe Guinevere - I like how this name has a mix of kind of a trendy name with a classic name.
Regina Lydia - I think that this is a very royal sounding name.
Valerie Jane - I think that this is a nice name that is pretty simple but still kind of unique.

Gretel - I've always liked the name, but I've never liked Agnes.
Esther - Gorgeous name. Astrid always struck me as masculine sounding, although it isn't.
Imogen - One of my favourite names. It's beautiful. I'm not a fan of Beatric.
Deirdre - Good Irish name :) Not a fan of Darla. Sounds very American...
Frances - Hilda just sounds very unappealing. Frances is lovely.
Regina - I love the meaning, but I'm not a huge fan of the name. I really don't like Gretchen though.
Harriet - I love Hattie as a nickname :) I actually really like both names, but I just prefer Harriet.
Jane - Beautiful name, and I prefer Jean (ZHOHN) for a boy.
Millicent - Beautiful name. Mildred sounds a bit morbid.
Temperance - One of my favourite names. Gorgeous.
Winifred - I don't really like either, but I like Freddie as a nickname for a girl.

2. Brigitte Esther Millicent
3. Charlotte Jane Heidi
4. Lucinda Harriet Lilian
5. Imogen Temperance Phoebe
Audrey, Bridie, Lottie, Lucy and Immy
