I got troubled with "no patience for excuses"
So it's "excuses for mistakes are not allowed as in pursuit of success"

When does "no patience for excuses (or anything alike)" become a strength?
"No excuses" suffices. But I think "no-nonsense" is better a word here.

= no ifs, ands, or buts
= no nonsense
