Do you think the world was a better place when the news had to be delivered on horseback?

Don't you feel like they had more time for accuracy back then?

Not so much as a matter of accuracy......it was a matter of sending only the news that was actually worth a damn to anyone. Back when men were men, and delivered news WORTH risking their lives to deliver.

Tell me.........how much do you know about Kim Kardashian or Lindsay Lohan?

How did we go from that...............to breathless reporting about Lindsay Lohan's latest lesbian spat and drug bust? Who the hell NEEDS any of that info? Yet we are BOMBARDED by it.

Who CARES how Micheal Jackson died.......he was abusing drugs.........end of story.

Absence of religion from the sector will not be a solution for the ills from which the complete humanity suffers. All relgions include sublime truths. It's the lack of awareness of adherents and followers and also the leaders of more than a few religions that attempt to prove the prevalence of their religion over different faiths that factors strife amongst persons main to hatred and bloodshed. All of the world religions of their pure kind are divine and can consultant humanity on the path to peace and growth however the vested pursuits contminate the nectar of pure religion and convert it right into a poison of greed and closed mindedness. If simplest the believers of all of the faiths be trained to appreciate every others religions would the arena be a better location to are living in any other case the things will go from unhealthy to worse.

Russia has six time zones When the Czar had to relay a message to lets say Mongolia it took as much as six months to get there by horseback That would really make it "Old News" wouldn't it?

I have to go with yes and no. Yes, you wouldn't be bombarded with what is

    considered news today.

No, if the courier left and the news changed it would take longer to find

    out.
