Redeem cash back wells fargo?

Question

so i got an email saying I have 30 dollars I can get from the cash back and to login to the site to get it.

Well I logged in and I don't see anything.

Total cash rewards (as of October statement):

$31.43

You can receive your cash rewards as:

An automatic deposit to a savings or checking account

A payment applied to the principal balance on a personal loan

A check or a credit that will appear on your monthly statement

Having the same problem. There's nothing at the website on how to redeem it. Very odd. Anyway I have a number to call which might help redeem it. I'm calling next week - 1-800-642-4720.
