I need tips on how to stay relax?

12 hours ago, I was scared by a book slamming on a wall when I wasn't looking. I've been freaking out since, but I feel better that a brain bleed and heart attack is not possible for being scared like that. How do I relax and stop worrying about it?

    Listen to music, watch tv, talk to friends

    um stop being a lil girl & MAN UP!! it's a freakin BOOK slamming on a WALL wtf

    It may seem strange, but sometimes just getting away from the problem for a while is a good idea. Maybe a short walk outside or getting out of your house for a while might help you relax. Or listening to music etc. has been proven to relax people (depending on the kind of music)
