Views on Lesbians in the Philippines?

I have been to the Philippines a few times and I've seen men crossdressing and walking about the streets casually. I take it that gay men are more or less accepted (feel free to correct me otherwise) and I wondered about how the majority of Filipinos view lesbian women.

I'm also a bit curious about how they view bisexuals, too.

Yes, they're accepted, but they may not like it if you say your married, due to religion and so on. Most of the men you saw were probably trannies, as most of the gay community in the Philippines don't cross dress. In the country I'm currently living in, there is a few lesbians and all are accepted by the majority of the Filipinos living here. In fact I'd go as far as to say all of them accept les/gay/bi.

These crossdressing men are trannies, not gay.

Trannies are very much accepted there because they identify as women.

A normal gay men wearing typical masculine clothing is not as accepted as them.
