Who would you like to see in the 2013 NBA Dunk Contest?

I'd really like to see JR Smith and Gerald Green do it again.

Update:

@Jerry - That would be awesome, he's one of my favorite players.

@229time - Why would you want Jeff Teague in the dunk contest if he's a bad dunker?

    Russell Westbrook

    LeBron James

DeAndre Jordan - He can jump higher than Dwight.

Jeff Teague - He's had some bad dunks this season. He's can get up for a small guy.

  • 1. Lebron James

    2. Blake Griffin

    3. DeMar Derozan

    4. Paul George

    5. Russell Wesbrook

    6. Dwight

This would DEF be the highest competition and would revitalize the contest.

It sucks that this will be the 2nd straight yr I won't be able to see Iman Shumpert in the dunk contest. Maybe J.R. Smith can make his way back into a dunk contest. Other good options Paul George, Josh Smith, Rudy Gay, C.Bud...

If you burn 500 more calories than you eat every day for a week, you should lose about 1-2 pounds.

If you want to lose weight faster, you'll need to eat less and exercise more.

For instance, if you take in 1,050 to 1,200 calories a day, and exercise for one hour per day, you could lose 3-5 pounds in the first week, or more if you weigh more than 250 pounds. It's very important not to cut calories any further -- that's dangerous.

Limiting salt and starches may also mean losing more weight at first -- but that's mostly fluids, not fat.

"When you reduce sodium and cut starches, you reduce fluids and fluid retention, which can result in up to 5 pounds of fluid loss when you get started," says Michael Dansinger, MD, of NBC's The Biggest Loser show.

    Anyone but Blake Griffin.

Since he can't play basketball, he decides to make every game his own personal dunk contest.
