    There's a ton of qualified people out there giving great advice, but not everything works for everyone. What The Rock does might not work for you because your genetics are different than his. You'll have a guy on yahoo answers who says he or she is a fitness expert and you'll have a guy on YouTube who's an expert as well and they both have the bodies to prove it, but their advice contradicts each other. Everybody is different and no one can tell you for sure what will do what for anyone. So what I suggest doing, is follow the very few basic facts about fitness that apply to every human being on the planet and then take advice from all kinds of sources and figure out works best for you and your unique body.

    For example, it's a fact that the human body will lose weight if it consumes less calories than it burns in a day and that it will gain weight if it consumes more calories than it burns in a day. That's the human body, that's the same for every human on the planet, it'll never change.Take information like that to heart and use it.

    On the other hand, when a person who's in great shape says eat 10 bananas a day and you'll get six packs abs, maybe it worked for them but it probably won't for you. That's the type of advice you should try, but don't take it to heart because there will be someone else who says to do something complexity different.

    There are very few fitness tips that work for every body. 99% of it is peoples opinions that you can experiment with and have fun working out what's best for you.

Putting a restraint on your diet is as easy as selecting foods that make you feel fresh, flexible and energetic. If you want the simplest way to get in shape without spending any money for equipment, gym time or special weight loss medicines PLEASE CONSIDER THESE TIPS:

    1: Manifest!!

    WHY DO YOU WANT IT?Girls were my answer ; ).Think about what you could do and acquire with an in-shape and capable body. Stop sulking in what you cant do and what you won't achieve because you are out of shape. Focus on how much longer you will live and how much more flexible and fresh you will feel after achieving the body you desire along with its capabilities and the opportunities that come with it. Before i hit my two week mark (3 to 4 days early) I increased the amount of push ups i did to 10 push-ups. It was an easy transition for me because I had mastered 3 sets of 5 push-ups using my 2 day work 1 day rest schedule. The key is to stick to the plan faithfully and watch yourself improve faster than you had planned to. I promise you will amaze yourself and this will skyrocket your confidence

    There are only two rules of working out;

    Rule#1 Stay Safe-wear the appropriate attire and equipment and carry out properly keeping the proper form of the work out.
