What do you mean by 'shake'? Shaking in your arms and hands? Because if you have shaking in your arms or hands (mainly hands) then you are JUST like me, and like a lot of other people too. You NEED to see a doctor because my hands have shaken all my life (I am 17 now) and I finally went to the doctor and I found out that I have a neurological disorder called Benign Essential Tremor, and you may have that too.
It's not dangerous but there's a higher risk for someone with shaky hands to develop Parkinson disease in future (Mostly happens when you're 50+ in age). We have this shaking in our hands because part of our brain does not function properly. It's not that dangerous so don't worry about it but it can get annoying for example if you try picking up a glass or anything your hands shake and it can affect your voice and handwriting. Do more research regarding this, definitely see a doctor to be on the safe side because the shaking in your hands may not be as bad as mine...And the shaking in your hands could be caused by something different to mine, mine has no cause since I've always had it but if you recently just started shaking or if you haven't been shaking for all your life then it could be because of factors such as Alcohol, smoking, drinking a lot of caffeine, stress, depression, drugs etc. Go to your doctor! Shaking doesn't only happen in your arms and hands though, it can happen in your legs too, your jaw, and your buttocks.
I hope I helped, don't worry too much about it xx
EDIT: Did you know? Most people who have shaky hands live in the USA! Although I live in the UK, in the USA, there are so many cases regarding shaky hands..Just thought i'd give you that fact since I'm guessing that you may be from the USA...
