would you say Alternative dispute resolution is recommended?

is it worth it?

    alternative dispute resolution is a fancy way of saying "arbitration."

    If you think that's the way to go, then do it. Others might not think so.

    Let me put it this way: In the corporate/business world, businesses want all cases to go to arbitration, not litigation, because it's much more favorable to them - the businesses.

    Not sure what this means in the world of divorce, however.

    if the normal dispute resolution does not work, go for the alternate dispute resolution
