Loosing weight fast is actually very unhealthy for your body, you have to loose it through out time for it to be healthy. Don't eat less because that isn't good to do when loosing weight, just eat healthier. Also exercise, exercise helps you to loose the weight too.

Eat 4-6 times a day and watch your portions. Try eating chicken, fish, and leafy greens. Brown rice instead of white and wheat instead of white. Workout ATLEAST 3 times a week. try working out Monday-Saturday with HIIT workouts. Those are high intensity interval training workouts. Crossfit, Tone it up, Bodyrock, WarriorZ. All of those have good workouts, if you have a punching bag hit it and throw kicks! Try walking every morning and running on the days you do light workouts. You can jump rope for 5 minutes and that is = to jogging 1 mile. Good luck!

dontt eat less but eat helthy and work out daily i recommend you join in a dance club
