How can I feel better about my body?!?

I feel really fat because I've pretty much gained four pounds in less than two weeks. I am seventy five pounds and five feet ( or almost) I think that's an okay weight, but it's just how fast I gained the four pounds that makes me feel bad about myself. I can't seem to stop eating snacks when I'm not hungry. My legs are defiantly well,"larger" than before, and my stomach sticks out a little. I keep on wanting to suck in so my stomach isn't so" big"

I would tell my age,but I don't think I'm supposed to... So just say I'm just going to say i am beetween the ages of ten and fourteen. This " thinking I'm fat problem" had been bothering me for a very long time. I don't know what to do! BTW I am a girl

    Just try to eat good food like fruits and avoid soda drink more water and don't eat before you go to bed eat like 2 hours before bedtime it helped me a lot

    Eat healthily, drink more water and exercise.
