SLP is a minimum of a Masters degree and has many career opportunities for specialization. SLP, OT and PT are the few jobs hospitals are still paying big sign on bonuses for recruitment.

RT is only an Associates degree with limited opportunities and is being de-licensed in many states now such as Michigan, Indiana and Colorado since RNs and Paramedics can do everything they can do plus a lot more.

What does "work advancement fullfillment" (sic) mean? Both are terminal careers unless you go back to school and get a different degree or unless you move to management.
