How to gain weight easily and fast?
I am a male I'm 117 pounds and 5'8" and 14 years old and I want to gain 10-20 pounds, what is the fastest easiest way considering I run 6+ miles a week. Please explain in detail and include specific foods and calories I should consume.

try not to eat too much unhealthy foods even though it seems the logical way. Eat lots of foods which are high in carbs such as pasta, bread, potatoes and cereals. running 6 mile a week is not much to worry about
