Help! What can I do to lose weight?
I'm 5'1" and 151 lbs. I just want to be skinny. I'm overweight and I don't know what to do. My diet habits aren't the best. I don't eat breakfast, I eat lunch at school and when I come home then I eat dinner plus I snack between meals. I don't play any sports because I have no time after school due to homework and studying. I want to change my diet and lose weight while maintaining my grades. I don't have access to a gym so what exercises can I do at home? Also what should I be eating? I want to be 110 (equal to losing 40 lbs) by April or May. Please help! I don't know what to do. If you can help me I would be so greatful! Thanks if you do :)
