Begging the question fallacy!
You have not established the Bible is Fiction.
Do snakes talk? Virgins give birth? Is water wine?
The bible is fiction, it contains fictional content.
Not under the laws of the material world. But God operates under the laws of the Spiritual Realm and there are some cases where the spiritual realm can have an affect on the physical realm. This has been experimentally proven by scientists several times!
The Bible describes what was observed in the natural world, not how it was caused. There are no miracles only unusual phenomena that have not yet been explained. For some silly reason atheists assert these things are 'supernatural miracles' and dismiss them. Not all but some believers recognize there is no such thing as 'supernatural miracles' or "supernatural' beings just natural phenomena and entities that have yet to be explained by science.
Water to wine is explainable in the context of science. Quantum teleportation.
Virgin birth is explained in the context of science. In-vitro fertilization
Walking on water is explained in the context of science. Quantum entanglement.
Although scientific experiments that have helped us to understand how these things happened represent a much smaller scale than the event described in the Bible that is how things work. The Wright brothers Flier is nothing compared to a modern jet, just as quantum teleportation of a single particle is nothing compared to teleporting the many molecules needed to convert water into wine but the concept is sound!
Even the Serpent speaking is not an issue. Genetic engineering explains why snakes cannot speak today. The text does indicate that God changed the snake, caused it to crawl upon it's belly and eat dirt etc. Simply cutting off the snakes legs would not do that because future generations would have legs. Cutting out or deactivating the genes that produce the legs and dare I say vocal chords would. Scientists today are able to turn on and off genes, add new genes to bacteria, plants and creatures. That is all that God did with the Serpent.
Everything you have mentioned is explainable already by modern science. So why do you call it fantasy or fiction - do you consider science to be fantasy or fiction?
