Are Obama and Romney fighting over Wisconsin and Ohio?

Romney only really needs one but polls say Obama has slight lead in both.

Obama saved the entire Midwest from an economic depression by saving the auto industry. Ohio, Iowa and Eisconsin voters should be grateful that Obsma rejected Mitt's advice to let GM, Chrysler and Ford file for bankruptcy without financial backing from the federal government necessary to finance their reorganization plans. As it turns out, only GM and Chrysler filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, but each of the Big 3 automakers would have been liquidated under Chapter 7 in a Romney adminstration.

Are Ohioans and Iowans and Badgers aware that Anne Romney's "blind trust" made $15 million from the auto bailout and a number of Romney's top donors reaped $4 billion from the auto bailout? It takes a lot of chutzpah to call the the President a socialist for saving the economies of Ohio, Michigan, Iowa and Wisconsin while his critics are pocketing over $4 billion in profits. It sounds more like capitalism than socialism to me when that kind of profit is being turned, but if Mitt doesn't agree then I'm sure he and Anne can check the box on their federal income tax return and send their $15 million gain to the US Treasury to be used for deficit reduction. Right?

Republicans in Ohio, Iowa and Wisconsin gained more from the auto bailout than Democrats since the equity in their homes auto company stocks would have been wiped out and the cash flows their businesses depend upon would have dried up triggering even more loan defaults, bankruptcies and foreclosures. It's incredibly hypocritical for then to be now supporting the one candidate who wanted to see them all go flat broke. The bully who wanted to kick them in the groin when they were down and out. It's unbelievable Nathan, to put it politely.
