I'll put them in order
Fire Emblem: Dark Dragons and the Sword of Light (non-translated officially) NES
Fire Emblem: Gaiden (not translated) NES
Fire Emblem: Mystery of the Emblem (not translated) SNES
Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War (not translated) SNES
Fire Emblem: Thracia 776 (not translated) SNES
Fire Emblem: Sword of Seals (not translated) GBA
Fire Emblem (Blazing Sword in Japan, English) GBA
Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones (English) GBA
Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance (English) GameCube
Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn (English) Wii
Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon (English) DS
Fire Emblem: New Mystery of the Emblem (not translated) DS
Fire Emblem: Awakening (in Japan, English release next year) 3DS
However, many fan translations exist.
The ones that follow Shadow Dragon are Mystery of the Emblem, and 1000 years later; Awakening.
