What is up with Elizabeth Hurley's face in Austin Powers 1?

In the movie, when Austin introduces himself to number 2 at the casino, and he says my name is Richie Cunnigham and this is my wife, Oprah. WHy does she make a face like he just said something crazy or unbelievable? Is there someone famous named Oprah Cunningham I dont know about?

I honestly don't know but I think Elizabeth Hurley is a very bad actress :-(

seen all austin power films and the ones with less of her are the best :-)
