How are fox tail keychains made?

You know how people where a fox tail keychain on their jeans and such.

Where do they get them from? Like are they from roadkill foxes or what? Is it bad/mean to wear them?

They may or may not be real. Depending on who makes them and where they are made. If they are made in china, most likely they are faux (fake) fur sewn into a "tail" and made into a keychain. However, some fur trading companies will use real fox or animal fur to make into tails, or even real fox tails, and attach them to keychains.

Is it mean or bad? Well, it depends on who you talk to. An animal lover would say "yes, it is bad and mean to wear a real fox tail", but I would say its fine if they are not going extinct, they will reproduce. It is probably better to wear the fakes ones though because then you avoid the conflict all together.
