Epson XP-200 printer not scanning?

So I recently bought an Epson XP-200 All-In-One Printer and as my computer was install the drives automatically, everything but the Epson scanner was installed into my computer. Then I ran the software installation throught the Epson CD and when I was doing the installation there, there was a message from EPSON...

It MAY be, my friend, that he installation CD that came with your Epson SX-200 All-in-One Printer doesn't have Windows 7 (64-bit) drivers on it.

Download it directly from the Epson (USA) website. (Link below.)

Did you make sure that you had your All-in-One Printer unplugged from the USB port before installing the software? The installation process tells you when to connect the device.

Unfortunately, if you didn't follow this procedure, you'll need to uninstall all the Epson related software from your computer, reboot, then start again.

Thank you Jolly, I was also facing same issue with my EPSON printer, I tried a lot however nothing helped me I just visited http://http://www.printer-techsupport.com/epson... and made a call on their toll free. I got instant help from a certified technician to fix my EPSON printer problem.

This software solution is the same solution as the in-box CD that came with your printer. This is not a software upgrade. If a prior version software is currently installed, it must be uninstalled before installing this version.
