How to change country of birth on driving license?

How to change country of birth on driving license? Either DVLA have got it wrong, or I must have made a mistake during the application. It says "United Kingdom", while in reality I was born outside of the UK.

And what if I got the details wrong and not the DVLA?

Notify the DVLA. They will instruct you on what to do.

Go to the DVLA with proof of birth and have them fix it.

Show up with your birth certificate, not a copy but a certified one, showing where you were born, and they can fix it. Either way there will probably be some charge.

Even if it was their fault, it was yours for not seeing it before you left the office.
