nicely, 10-20lbs on a lady is a huge decision...quite for short ones. 10lbs both way regularly isn't that huge of a deal. 20lbs lower than might want to be risky for most women...and for this reason no longer suitable in any respect. 20lbs over isn't undesirable wellbeing sensible and may want to intensify curves on maximum women.
