Help on making a buisness?

Me and my friend would like to start making money;we have a idea but don't know how to pursue it. We enjoy baking and would like to sell cakes and cookies to people; we would have our own boxes as we have been saving up; we live in England and its quite cold.We dont know how to get started or whatever.Please help,

There are a lot of legal things and costs before you can become a business. (Like a business license.)

I recommend making cakes and stuff as a non official business, in and around your community. This will get you money, experience and followers. Then pursue the legalization into a real business. **official**
