If you're willing to accept that -something- must have always existed, why can't it be the universe?

Can you explain why it is necessary that the thing that always existed must be God?

If the universe requires a cause, why doesn't God?

If God doesn't require a cause, why does the universe?

Gods are absolutely the most absurd thing ignorant primitives ever came up with to explain anything... seriously ;)

God is completely illogical... purely because of the 'who made god?' issue.

To suggest 'he' was always there is as silly as insisting 'he' exists at all.

Do yourself a favour – or not - watch this video from an actual physicist...

A Universe From Nothing' by Lawrence Krauss

He explains quite simply how no god was needed.

You may not watch it because you may be too scared to even consider...

After all, god is imaginary ;)

Richard Dawkins: The total amount of suffering per year in the natural world is beyond all decent contemplation. During the minute that it takes me to compose this sentence, thousands of animals are being eaten alive, many others are running for their lives, whimpering with fear, others are slowly being devoured from within by rasping parasites, thousands of all species are dying of starvation, thirst, and disease. The universe that we observe has precisely the properties we should expect if there is, at bottom, no design, no purpose, no evil, no good, nothing but pitiless indifference.

Xians “are really against anything that discredits their religion, and evolution does exactly that.

If evolution is true, then the story of Adam & Eve didn't literally happen, and if Adam & Eve didn't happen then Eve wasn't around to commit the "original sin" which means Jesus didn't need to die on the cross, and at that point their entire religion basically falls apart.”

There is no way known an educated person can come across Cretinism and think...

    Yeah, that makes sense...

    God is imaginary…

Because scientist agree there was a big bang and boom the Universe was born!

Now what caused that big bang? If your willing to accept that the Universe always existed when Scientist say our universe was caused by a big bang, why can't you accept that who and what we call God is the one who caused that BIG BANG and created the Universe? Or maybe you thought it was just an american sitcom?

If you want to know more about the big bang theory as a cosmological process and scientific theory then go here:

The tremendous body of evidence supporting the Big Bang Theory sort of puts the kibosh on the theory "the Universe has always existed". Physicists realized that about 70 years ago.

Why can't you accept that the Universe IS God?

God is synergy, the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.

Because our ancestors have testified the proof of God during their time when God did show signs of his existence.
