Perfect outfit for a Harvest Festival?

So I have an all day festival thing for october tomorrow, and of course, it's been getting colder. I was considering yoga pants that were loose from my knees to my ankles but tight above the knees with a zip up jacket, or running pants with zip up jacket. Either those or leggings with uggs and a wintery sweater? What do you guys think?

I would ware leggings or jeggings with a long thick jumper and my Uggs or some boot thats really comfy and you can ware without socks!
