Some things to help circulation?

last night my circulation decreased in my left arm and leg. I don't know why, but it's even getting better today. I just wanted to know, is there anything that some of you do to keep your circulation flowing well?

I did not sleep on it, no. just randomly happened.

Was u sleeping while it happen because u could be laying on ur left arm and leg
